TIAH Technical Support

TIAH registraton comes with 60 days of installation and configuration support (Standard Support). Users of the current version of TIAH (version 4.0 and later) can purchase Annual Support which includes:

Technical support is provided via the TIAH website and email.

The following resources or help options are made available for TIAH users:

Resource 1. This Help file - provides general explanation of the TIAH software operations.

Resource 2. Online support at: tiahelper.com (simple website registration required). Both a Help Ticket system (for specific incidents) and a general Support Forum are provided. The Help Ticket system is a structured and convenient method to report, discuss, and resolve a technical issue with TIAH, and includes incident tracking with email feedback.

Registration to the TIAH website is quick and easy:

a) On the main page, scroll down towards the bottom of the page, notice the Login box:

b) If you've never logged in t the site before, click on the Register link to be taken to the website registration screen:

After filling out your user information, click on the Send Registration button. You will receive an email with a link. Click the link in the email message to verify your email. You can now login to the TIAH website and use the Support Forum, Help Ticket system, and other features not available to unregistered site visitors.
