TIAH Annual Support Contract

What is TIAH Annual Support
The TIAH Annual Support Contract (TASC) is available to users of the current version of TIA Helper software. TASC is the most comprehensive type of support and software maintenance available for TIA Helper and includes:

• One year of free product updates, comprising all maintenance releases and major version upgrades
• One year of technical support

Note: Beginning in January 2007, each TIA Helper license comes with sixty days of installation and configuration support (standard support). Program updates/upgrades are not included in the standard support.

How to Order

The Annual Support order (in PDF) form can be downloaded via this link. The Annual Support Contract can also be purchased online via the TIAH Order Page.

Important Note: each TIAH license is tracked (inventoried) by your PC ID (Computer Name), and the serial number generated by TIAH during the registration process. To help us ensure that you get the most value from the annual support, please note on your TASC order for which PC the annual support purchase is intended. This information can be easily obtained:

• Navigate to the C:\Program Files\TIAH directory (folder) using Windows Explorer
• Locate and open the text file ending with “-Reg.txt”
• Copy and paste into your TASC order the following three lines located near the bottom of the text file:

Computer ID: (this line lists your Computer Name)
Acad: (this line lists the AutoCAD version you are using)
Code: (this line shows the serial number associated with TIAH)
